Yemeni Houthi rebels attacked a cargo vessel causing an 18-mile oil slick in the Red Sea. The vessel was carrying over 41,000 tons of fertilizer and suffered significant damage. The U.S. military warned of a potential environmental disaster from the spilled cargo.
