Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Brother Arrested in Alleged Fraud Case in Muzaffarnagar |

Trouble seems to have come knocking at Nawazuddin Siddiqui‘s door. The actor, who hails from Budhana in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh is going through a family turmoil. According to DNA, his elder brother Ayazuddin Siddiqui has been arrested in a forgery case. Allegations suggest that he fraudulently issued an order letter to the consolidation department purportedly on behalf of the District Magistrate court.
The alleged copy of order letter was reportedly provided by Ayazuddin along with an application regarding an ongoing dispute with Javed Iqbal over farming land.However, it was later discovered that this order letter was forged. Consequently, in March 2024, action was taken after the District Magistrate filed a complaint, following which, Ayazuddin and his acomplice Javed were named in a case under sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the IPC.
Ayazuddin Siddiqui has been embroiled in controversies before. In 2018, he faced legal action for allegedly sharing an offensive image on a social media platform, which resulted in accusations of religious sentiment infringement. Addressing the same, Ayazuddin had then told ANI, “A man posted derogatory pic of Lord Shiva,I confronted him about it & wrote you shouldn’t share posts that can hurt anyone’s religious sentiments. Instead case was filed against me. Charges should be investigated.”
