IPL 2024: Rajasthan Royals pay hefty price for their dip in form late into the tournament, as the former table toppers managed to finish outside the Top 2 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 after their fixture against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati gets abandoned due to rain. Due to their victory in the afternoon fixture against Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad have now finished in the second place and will now play table-toppers KKR in the Qualifier 1.

IPL 2024 Playoffs Fixtures Finalised After RR Vs KKR IPL 2024 Match 70
It was a brilliant and record breaking league phase of IPL 2024, which saw majority of the batting records shattered, and some teams registering iconic runs in the tournament. Royal Challengers Bengaluru scripted history with one of the most legendary comebacks in the history of the tournament and due to their excellent run, they are now into the playoffs with 14 points.
In the Qualifier 1, Kolkata Knight Riders will be up against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The winner of the match progresses into the final, and the loser will still have a lifeline and will go to Qualifier 2.
In the eliminator, Royal Challengers Bengaluru will be up against Rajasthan Royals, and the winner will face loser of Qualifier 1 in Qualifier 2 for a place in the final.
