Elgar Parishad case: Supreme Court grants bail to Gautam Navlakha | India News

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed social activist Gautam Navlakha to come out on bail in Elgar Parishad case by lifting the stay on operation of Bombay high court order which had granted bail to him. He has been under house arrest on SC order.
SC also directed Navlakha to pay Rs 20 lakh out of Rs 1.75 cr amount incurred on putting him under house arrest.
