Brazil: Flooding forecast to worsen in Rio Grande do Sul state, where many who remain are poor

More than 15 centimeters (nearly 6 inches) of rain could fall over the weekend and will probably worsen flooding, according to the bulletin from Brazil’s national meteorology institute.
